The lid on our vegetable steamer has more or less given up the ghost - its cracks have finally gone through to the edge on one side, leaving it very nearly in two halves. The steamer itself still works fine, though. So I contacted the Oster people and asked if I could buy a replacement lid. Not through them, apparently - I had to go to a repair store. So I went to the repair store - they said I had to go through Oster.
Darn it, I don't want to have to buy a whole new steamer just because the lid on this one is broken.
