OMFG!!! It's the First Monthly Community Challenge!!!!

It's October first. Do you know what this means? You're a smart bunch of people.
That's right!
IT'S TIME FOR THE FIRST winnners COMMUNITY CHALLENGE!!!!!
Oh I've been cheerfully awaiting this day. Before I give you this month's challenge. I have to be all mod-like and powerful by telling you guys the rules and what-not. Sorry, but it has to be done. Since this is the first challenge, I'll give a little lee-way because I'm an awesome person like that. Since you all are really smart people, I think we really don't have to worry about it.
RULES:
1) Stick to the prompt given. (Simple enough)
2) All entries are due at 11:59:59 (or 23:59:59 if you're on the 24 clock) at the end of the month. As long as it's the last day of the month somewhere in the world when you submit this fic then you're good.
3) Since Winn is a bit of (what my friends lovingly call) "fringe" pairing, participants are allowed to submit up to two entries if so desire. Co-authoring is allowed, but it will count as one entry to both authors. Fanart is allowed in addition to videos and fanmixes are allowed as well.
a) If your entry somehow incorporates two of these elements (fanart with fic or whatever) this will count as one entry if the one person does it (unless the so specified otherwise)
i) If two people team up (and not a co-author team) with one doing the media side and the other writing an accompanied fic. It will follow the same rules as those who co-author a fic.
4) Works must be beta'd/proof-read.
5) Participants should specify if they want their work to be included in the "serious" voting (choosing the top three fics of the month) or the "silly" voting (where weird/random categories will be made). If the person is submitting two works, only one can go in the "serious" category.
6) RPS is allowed.
7) Sneak peeks are allowed (and encouraged). We do want to see what the competition is up too!
8) Most importantly, have fun! It's a challenge but it's supposed to be silly and awesome. This is a way to release more Winn into the universe and enjoy ourselves. Also community bonding!!!!
Voting
On the first of the month a poll will be posted, in addition to the newest prompt. The poll will have the "serious" voting first followed by the "silly" voting. The poll will run for one week in order to make sure that everyone who wants to vote does vote. Everyone understands how crazy R.L. can get most of the time.
Awards
After the votes have been calculated, a post will be placed and PM's will be sent out to the winners. The winner of the "serious" category will have the choice between a banner by flupf (who has generously offered her talents) or a fic written in their honor by author of choice (a sign-up will be posted for all writers willing to do this). They will also get to choose the prompt/challenge thingy for the following month (if they so desire). So October's winner will choose December's, November's will choose January's...you get the picture.
The winners of our "silly" categories get a banner done by flupf or a drabble written for them by author of choice.

Guys, I'll be honest. October is my favorite month for the simple reason of All Hallows Eve.
So the challenge is this: write a Supernatural AU.
I want to see ghosts, vampires (not the sparkly kind either. Dracula/Buffy types), magic, werewolves, zombies, you get the idea. Make it silly. Make it scary. Do whatever you please. It can be as close to canon as you like or as far off the mark as you can make it. You can go to the prompt meme for inspiration or what have you. Just stick to spirit (haha pun!) of the challenge.
Have fun with it.
