Their awkwardness at the end was adorable. I really liked Will's explanation for Finn not being a douche - I agreed with a lot of it, and felt that scene was a nice way for Finn to deal with his guilt and put it in perspective. And the line about knocking Kurt up made me snicker.

I bet I'll spend a lot of tonight thinking about the glee kids in Rocky Horror scenarios. Mmm, gold shorts :p

Honestly, I was just drawing from what I would've said to Finn if he'd come to me. That scene was really well done, but it was just... nonsensical in the context of the series as a whole. When has Finn EVER used the word "fag" before? When has he ever even insulted anyone (who didn't deserve it)? It makes no sense!

Also, I hate to say it (and I realize I might piss off a bunch of other Glee fans by saying it), but Kurt kinda annoys me anyway. He's portrayed as sympathetic ALL THE TIME, but if you examine his actions, he's not an angel by any stretch of the term. He's rude and not very nice most of the time, not to mention manipulating his dad and Finn's mom into a relationship just so that they could share a room. It's... actually a bit creepy, when you think about it, and it kind of sucks that this is the character they've chosen to represent the homosexual community.

Given what little Burt seems to know of what has been going on between Kurt and Finn, Burt's speech was awesome and powerful and great. But in the wider context of the Finn and Kurt friendship, it was a little like kicking Finn when he was down.

I try to think of the characters as characters, not representations of the whole community (though I know the PTB keep pimping them as representatives). I get all cranky pants otherwise :)

Hmm - well, I completely disagree with your Kurt opinions (each to their own, eh?), but regardless, this was a really good story - as said above, made for a chapter two! :)

This was very well written :) I enjoyed your portrayal of what should have happened after the whole Finn/Kurt thing. They kind of left that story hanging. Here's to hoping Finn ends up moving in with Will :D

As much as I'd like to, I just have no idea how to continue this at all. When I was writing it, I envisioned it as a oneshot. But I'm open to suggestions!
