How are we doing, winnners?
First of all, let's have a round of applause for hopenight for tagging all the entries, to hermiones_twin for our absolutely gorgeous new layout, and to all of you, for making the Winn Prompt Meme such a ridiculous success. Seriously, there are some really fantastic and interesting prompts in there, so if you ever have writer's block, just poke around a little, and I'm sure you'll find something to inspire you. And also - it's okay if more than one person fills the same prompt. Just so you know.

"I didn't have a father... Someone I could look up to, model myself after. Someone who could show me what it really meant to be a man."
I'm wondering how we feel about this finale, fellow winnners. I mean, Will professed his love to Emma, and Finn professed his love to Rachel, but neither couple got married or anything. Will is single! And when the kids went around talking about how much they'd changed, Finn was the most emotional about it, and he was the one who specifically mentioned Will. And yes, he referred to Will as his father. Because they've had a rather father/son like relationship, although with the age difference, it would be really hard for Will to actually be Finn's father. Either way, what we learned is that Will is very, very important to Finn.
I personally plan to write a Will/Finn/Rachel story this summer, because I think that threesome would be pretty epic. And they all kinda have the hots for each other.
What did you think of the finale? Of the entire season? Of the fact that relationships changed, but Will and Finn were always tight? That Will gave lots of solos to Finn, even though others could probably sing better? That Finn reminds Terri of Will? That Finn might become friends with Terri, who for obvious reasons will make him think of Will? When you're getting close to someone, it can help to get close to the people who are close to them, after all. That Will blatantly plays favorites, and Finn is his favorite?
