I'm been feeling really fatigued today. I think it was the fruta planta I popped. As soon as I swallowed it I felt like it scratched my throat and I felt like I wanted to throw up. Ugh, don't remember feeling like that before. So It's been a day of watching the beginning of Battlestar Galactia. Figured I'd give it a try since I liked Firefly so much. Had some spaghetti leftovers, and haven't felt hungry since so the pill is doing it's job. Took my weight and body measurements today. Put them as a memo in my phone. Figure I won't lose it, like I might if I wrote it down on paper. I goal is weight loss, but I would like to keep track of where it's coming off of.

Going to pop in a Tai Chi DVD workout. Does it count as a workout if it's Tai Chi?? I remember being really frustrated with it before, because you have to move so dang slow. I figure it might be low impact enough and maybe what I need to not feel tired is to move around some. Laying off the Slendertone today. I'll pick it up tomorrow.
