I admit that I haven't sat down and read the fic yet because I'm still quite busy BUT I'M SCREAMING BECAUSE YOU CHOSE MY FAVORITE PROMPT OF THEM ALL! And the amount of research you've done, AMAZING THANK YOU FOR WRITING THIS ;___;

this is so good! you conveyed the atmosphere of modernization and unrest so well and it really felt like the time period and the place to me. (i say like i was there...) i loved all the details: seungyoon hanging out with krystal and huh gak and taehyun, the constant threat of danger in the background, the fashion, the music, seunghoon working part-time at the docks. everybody felt fully realized and fleshed out, like they were just living their own separate lives and happened to collide. also, ngl, i love your sexually liberated seunghoon and how you worked jinwoo and mino in u___u and the tone of the ending is so perfect, i hope they get away ;; thank you so much for writing this!

wow i am completely in love with this fic? like just the way you brought everything together was soooo good. despite, obviously, never having lived in busan 1986, all the cultural references, the details about fashion, technological growth, the way you weaved in the political and cultural climate of 1986 south korea into the fic so naturally, made me feel so nostalgic. i really like the way you structured this, two different stories that cross paths every now and then, before eventually colliding. your writing is so clean and detailed, and i think you nailed the tone of this fic supremely well. i sorta expected the ending, just because the danger was always lurking in the background and i was always really tense throughout. and you had them finally come together, and everything explode, in such an impactful way
