Ok I'm documenting this cause I'm proud!
It maybe stupid but I've worked out hard this summer and I'm posting my results.
After one month of joining a gym and working very hard at work my bodies shrunk more than it has in years. I was measured on Tuesday and this was my results!
Waist- 29"
Abs-35"
Hips- 40"
And some other measurements but don't care to share those.
I've lost 11.25 inches total!! Woohoo!
My body fat % is at 24.40 which is border between ideal and average.
So I was really excited about that!
I want to keep working hard. I still have one more month and I want to get to my goal that I planned for in May.
So yes, I'm writting this all down so that if I completely ruin it all on smores and fluffy Salish Lodge pastries, I know that I was this size for a while even though it was brief!
um in other news, there is no other news. I've been thinking a lot. God has been overly good to me this summer. And I feel guilty cause I've done a lot of complaining but the truth is I am so blessed. And I just feel like I need to say that.
23 more days of work...4 more weeks of summer. Then its back to pullman. life is going to feel so different. A lot of people have left. I was suppose to graduate but I didn't, so here I am, going back to school, feeling like kind of a loser even though I know most people don't make it in 4 years. I still feel dumb.
Year 5 year, here I come!
I have outstanding roomies this year. Not that last years was bad, this years is just cool too! Carmel is coming back and Laura and I will begin our second year of running to each others rooms and screaming about life. hehe. Oh the good times. I look forward to sitting on my porch and watching the birds in the crab apple tree. sigh. Of course everything was green when I left, it will probably be yellow and dead when I return. Oh well.
Oh and I smell super good too! Victory's Secret was haveing a HUGE sale so I bought some lotions and their angel dream perfume. The body butter My Desire cream is sooooo creamy! My shoulders are soft and I feel like I'm in a summer garden all day. All I can say is OH MY!! If I were a guy I would so ask myself out because I smell that good! haha! I also bought some hand and nail cream because the linen at work takes the oils out of my hands quite badly.
well I have to go to bed. Work is calling.
