Can I just tell you, no I can't even begin to tell you how incredibly sore I am from this weekend.
Oh man....my ankles my thighs, my back has a huge knot in it, my hips....(oh wait, that's not from marching....)....my arms are cramping.
Ugg, I am sooooooo out of shape, me and all of my friends it seems, are all under the same horrible spell. Me, Patty, Christie, Missy, Lis, Jenn, Kellie, Becky, and my sister, we're all under this OMG it's summer and I'm out of shape.
SO I am starting to combat this out of shape body by starting to exercise again. My being fat thing will have to come to an end. I have hit the 200 mark and exceeded it by a few more. Time for a change, nothing fits, I'm stressed out, and need to lose the poundage.
Curse you Dr. Rogers for making me fat....
That nasty little stress hormone. LOL
WEll I decided this was a good week to start since I marched in a parade on SUnday, and then ANOTHER parade on MONDAY! Marching and roll-stepping is hurting my legs more than it should. I figure, hey I already exercised twice this week, I can do it a third time and a fourth, maybe keep up the pattern and lose some weight. YAY, hope to fit into my dress clothes for the Job Interview next thursday.
Here's to losing the extra weight.
(I'm getting a work-out if ya know what I mean)
