I probably have to go in for jury duty tomorrow afternoon. I have to call at 11am to check if they changed their minds. =/
This is distressing because, while I am curious about jury duty and all its charms, I was hoping to go to San Jose this weekend to visit with my stepdad's family and my other family before I move back East.
Also, Veronica Mars ends tonight. I am very sad. Why do all the good shows get canceled? (Or rather, why does nobody watch the good shows? Why must everyone watch all the stupid reality shows instead? Boo.) Also, why do shows that I really love get canceled shortly after I start watching them? (The only exception I can think of is Gilmore Girls, which survived 6 years of me watching it without being canceled.) I only just discovered VM earlier this spring. Much sadness for the loss of a great show, much trepidation for the end (will LoVe prevail?), and NO LOVE for studio execs and stupid people who give their ratings to other inferior shows and thus cause my favourite shows to be canceled. Grr. ;_;
