this afternoon is the first half of graduation: convocation speaker (Anne Garrels) and garden parties. i don't care if it's cloudy and cold or if it rains tomorrow instead, just no rain today. there is no point to the garden party if it rains and we have to move inside since the whole point is to mingle with people, professors included. i want my parents to meet my cool profs. NO RAIN! weather.com says strong thunderstorms this afternoon. ;__; accuweather just says possible showers. :( right now, there's definitely rainy-looking clouds, but the sun keeps peeking through. if it rains, it'll be the first time in years that it's rained on garden party. :(
