eeeeeeeeee!!!
Everyone, meet Fred:
She is shiny and beautiful and sleek and eeee!!! She's a 15-inch Macbook Pro. I've been making do with the other one getting progressively slower for so long that I'd almost forgotten what it's like to have a computer that's actually fast. And, oh, it is glorious.
Meanwhile, I may or may not be starving next month on account of Fred's expenses and the dubiousness of my current job. The saddest thing about leaving my job (aside from the lack of income) will be leaving the gardens. Right now, I don't even know if I'll be around for the crocuses. I live the whole year for crocuses. I can survive the winter because I know there are crocuses at the end and that makes it all worthwhile. But the crocuses at work are the only ones I know of. If I'm not there, where will I see my beloved crocuses? :(
