My tutorial, let me show you it

Over the past week and a half, I have cried, cursed, and lost sleep over a tutorial I made as a final project for one of my classes. Windows Movie Maker is made of so. much. fail. I already knew this, but had no other options readily accessible. Happily, CamStudio and Audacity are friendlier programs, but I had to hook up the audio and visual ( Read more... )

That was a great tutorial and you're right, the audio quality was excellent. I actually found myself following the steps and thinking of all the things you can do with a search engine besides search. And you do have a lovely voice - I'd be honored to have you 'read' any of my fic. I'm still rather a novice to podfic, but now I'll be off to find all of yours.

And you should, since a good portion of the fic she's read is mine. *g*

Thanks! I'm quite proud of it, for it being my first tutorial and using only freely available software.

I'll be happy to look through your fics for recording possibilities in 2010! If there's any in particular you'd like me to do, feel free to let me know. My only stipulations are I don't do graphic sex or RPF.

My other podfics can be found at the audiofic archive under my [reader tag]. As lavvyan said, I've recorded a lot of her stories. But then she's brilliant at writing stories that are practically made to be read aloud. Happy listening! :)
