new fandom plug + fanfic to tempt you
There's a web series called [Riese] premiering on Monday (2 November), for which I am very excited. It's a steampunk-inspired story about a girl and a wolf on a quest to save the world. I am pretty much sold on anything with a wolf (see also, White Fang, due South, The Journey of Natty Gann, etc.), but the premise and characters sound really cool, too. Check it out! :)
Meanwhile, I have written a wee pre-series fic, for which you need no fandom knowledge at all since it is really just a retelling of a fairy tale. Please read! It's been ages since I wrote something I was pleased with, and I quite like this one.
