Academic geekyness & a Hallowe'en rec!

I'm trying to do research for my audiofic term paper, only I keep getting distracted by ideas for a much more interesting paper. I mean, doing my information organization paper on the Audiofic Archive does make it more interesting - at least, as interesting as it can get, but an entire paper solely on how things are organized just isn't that thrilling, you know? So I keep getting sidetracked by things that would be helpful for a paper on podfic in general. Maybe someday.

Why, yes, I am doing homework on a Friday night. A Friday night that also happens to be Hallowe'en. I am that lame.

But! Besides getting distracted by off-topic paper ideas, I've also been distracted by [ Making Fiends ]. Flatmate of Awesome sent me the link and it is brilliant! It is a series of wee little cartoons about Vendetta (see icon!), who makes fiends and tries to make everyone miserable, and Charlotte ("from Vermont!"), who transfers to Vendetta's school and thwarts all V's plans with her naive cheerfulness. Watch it! It is funny! :D
