(no subject)
Back in Maryland. No excitement on the planes, except an hour and a half delay in Denver due to mechanical difficulties. It's kind of alarming to be standing around waiting to board and then see the pilots come off the plane and stop to chat with the new pilots about something that "wasn't working. We tried it on auto and standby, and sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't." Um... It made me glad for the delay, 'cause then I knew they were taking their time fixing the plane. Apparently it was something to do with the pressurization system. But I made it back! With luggage (always a plus). Yay.
Also, apparently it was just a flash cold as I feel almost entirely better today. I had a wicked sore throat yesterday, but today it just feels vaguely uncomfy. And I have the slightest cough, but I almost always have a cough so that's no big deal.
Still, I am drinking chamomile citrus tea just to make sure. :)
