"dear resident:
the exchange at auburn staff will be coming into your apartment over the next couple weeks for a quarterly inspection. please be advised that you will be charged for any damages, broken furniture, excessive cleaning needed, trash removal, etc. during this time. We strongly recommend that you thoroughly clean all bedrooms, common areas and patios (i.e: remove anything that is not considered patio furniture) by june 20, 2004 to help avoid extra charges.

please dont ever move into this place. if you want another reason, i will gladly tell you about the time they came in when we were all on vacation and changed the thermometor in our apartment. or the time it tooke 2 hours to get someone to come when my bathroom was flooding. ya just dont move in here.
