Observation of blockbuster.com:
I have 26 items in my queue, of which exactly NONE are currently available. Two are "short wait" one is "long wait," two are "unavailable" and the rest are "very long wait." (Note that past experience suggests that that "short wait" items do periodically become available, long wait items usually don't, and "very long wait" may as well be unavailable.)
Now, some of those "very long wait" items have been on my list for, literally, years. (Like I said, "Very long wait" means VERY long wait.) But I must say that I've NEVER had this much problem with EVERYTHING being, for all intents and purposes, unavailable.
I'm thinking that (given that the nearest Blockbuster is now 25 minutes away, thus making the in-store exchange feature useless) maybe it's time to switch to Netflix? I wish there were a way I could send by Blockbuster queue to Netflix to see how many of the items are available there...
