That was weird.
I was just coming back from a trip to the restroom and the vending machine when I saw my office door swing shut just as I was coming up to it. I opened the door and a guy came out of my lab (connected to my office by an open door) saying something about checking to see if the computers were running, and "apparently they're not." (They are.) Then he hurried off.
Very weird. My purse, iPod, and laptop were on my desk and all were still on my desk when he left. Still, it seems strange. Maybe I'll email our computer guy and find out if someone was supposed to be checking the computers. (And maybe I should start being more careful about locking the door when I leave my office.)
