Maryland Sheep and Wool Yarn Porn
For non-knitters, "yarn porn" is not what you might be thinking. It's just pictures of pretty yarn to drool over. So, not that exciting for anyone not a knitter, crocheter, or other type of fiber artist.
This is a blend of 60% superwash wool and, er, I think some silk and some tencel? The photo doesn't really do the colors justice.
I am sad since it turns out to be rather light DK and won't knit up at 5 stitches/inch as I was hoping... it's happier at 6 stitches/inch. Unless it blooms when I wash it, of course. I think this means I don't have enough to knit Convertible from Knitty. :-( I'll have to think about what to do with it. (Unless, of course, I decide that it's supposed to be lacy and go ahead and knit it at 5/inch anyway...)
