If you live in Japan its an article that's not just more of the same. Its an interesting development. I don't think that the UN guy's report will make too much of a difference but still its an interesting read. Maybe a small step...? Enjoy.

I've been checking Philippine Airlines' website all afternoon waiting for Johnee's plane to touch-down. It touched down. Wish I could have been on that plane too!
