Someone, please, explain how this makes any sense. It could be a good thing in disguise. Disability issues don't usually get looked at because even the right-wing bigots are nice enough to "pitiable cripples", treating them as the deserving rather than the undeserving poor and all that rubbish. Now that they're acting like the right-wing bigots they actually are, perhaps some dialog can be initiated. But only if they don't get to carry out this little pageant in secret...
