Why: Because he's tired?
It was nice to take a break from training, even if only for a short while.
Kazuya had no idea where the Gym Leader in this town was. He'd come here, in hopes of getting his sixth badge and had found...no one there. Not even an explanation as to why there was no one there.
He needed to figure out a plan of getting around this, he could go to Amarath, but had heard rumors that their Gym Leader too, was absent. And there was no way in hell that he was ready for that..
Right now though, he was just content to sit in the dining area of the Cardinal City Pokemon Center and eat a bagel with Chikorita. That is...if she'd stop growling at every female that came near them.
