Time for a change

I think I have this layout for way too long now. It's time for a change. I am reluctant to revamp the look of my journal, though. I absolutely love this layout. It's definitely me. That, and it takes me absolutely forever to figure out how to post a new layout. All that stuff is pretty much gibberish to me. Can I hire someone? Any takers
