Is there anyone who is not affected by this event?

I would imagine. Carrying weapons and supplies without concern to size or weight would be extremely convenient.

One other sword, my Exorcist coat, my cell phone, sometimes my PCD... A spare bikini top. Not much else.

It would be useful for carrying supplies on another Inner City raid or while in the wastelands, without having to keep track of a bag.
