[Castiel really has nothing relevant to be posting about. He would've skipped doing so for this event entirely, busy with other projects, if it didn't happen to become necessary

[Have some sharp rat-a-tat-tatting, right on your locker, Castiel. If you listen closely, you'll notice it's Morse Code for: "Today, you're everyone's little bitch."]
[He's briefly startled by the sudden noise, and misses the first word, but he gets the rest. Have silence for a moment, Raphael, before you get Morse Code right back.]
[A muffled laugh from the other side of the locker, rich, resonant, and laden with exhaustion. She hasn't laughed in a long time but, somehow, Castiel can always light up her life.]
This is making me nostalgic. I should push you into a volcano to complete the memory.
[Another soft laugh, then the metal of the locker starts to twist. It slowly builds up until there's a lock and keypad with glowing keys. The keys aren't marked with numbers, but Enochian sigils- both standing for letters and words.]
Idle hands are our brother's playthings, Castiel. See that you put your mind to use.
[Oh, that tickles. Raphael stays with the Morse Code, specifically because it's incredibly slow and forces him to shut up and pay attention to her longer.]
[He hates shutting up and paying attention to her. But since his alternative is being stuck in silence alone, he'll put up with it, though he sticks to prayer.]
[It will be fairly unreactive until he gets the first word of the solution right. Although, given the vast possibilities, even that could take a while.]
Think on the old calls, the old deliverances.
[In other words, it isn't something random about kumquats.]
[He sighs quietly, but decides to look at this like a challenge instead of an older sibling tormenting him. Setting his fingers on the keypad, he presses a few buttons experimentally, though nothing much seems to happen. No shock, as he's just hitting them randomly at the moment.
There are so many old passages that Raphael could be talking about. Thankfully Castiel remembers them all, but sorting through and picking out what might be the correct one might be difficult.
Of course, going on what he knows of Raphael, she would've picked something annoying. Either something extremely worshipful, something preaching obedience, or something about herself.
He's quiet, beginning to try different phrases, totally absorbed.]
[The particular thing she chose is fairly long, and had a few different versions in old Enochian, with most of the differences coming far enough along in the text to make those mistakes painfully inconvenient for something like entering into a keypad. It isn't that obscure, but enough that it should take him a while to remember, and of course, so many, many prayers and meditations begin the same way. Raphael stands quietly just outside the locker, listening to him work with a softly satisfied smile.
After a good ten minutes of silence, she raps sharply on the metal, right next to his ear.]
[He's absorbed, entering sequences rapidly, encouraged each time it tells him he's gotten a word right, even if he keeps having to start over. He's so focused that he's almost forgotten he's stuck in a locker and that's why he's trying to figure out a code in the first place.
In fact, he's paying so little attention to everything else he's forgotten briefly that Raphael is even there, so here Raphael, have a clang and a thump as he starts at the sound and bangs into a wall.]
Fine.
[He doesn't bother to pray or use Morse Code again, just speaking, even though his voice sounds loud to him in the confined space after not using it awhile.]

I hope you get trapped in holy fire.

I've heard that Lucifer did the same to you.

[As opposed to the three days, if you remember, Cassie dear.]

[So there. Also fuck off and die.]
Surely you have something more important to be doing.

I'm supposed to guess until I discover whatever code you'd decided upon?
[Oh hey, he remembers again.]

I am quite sure that if you think about it, it won't be too hard.
[Okay, so it'll probably still take him forever. Who cares.]

He doesn't bother to use the Morse Code, instead simply speaking mentally.]
Raphael, you would have chosen something completely random out of spite.
[Praying to an archangel to be disrespectful. Always fun.]

You know me well. This is almost sibling bonding.

There has been no attempted murder yet.
[So yeah, practically getting along.]

[Pause.]
Try the keypad, Castiel.
