(no subject)
Okok...I have to update again. Because I was so excited about my pictures I forgot some other things.
I realized something today! It was all Christa's fault. Because of something she said in her most recentest entry.
So...I was watching something about American Pie the other day. And I was thinking to myself...why pie? I mean, am I missing some major fact here? Is screwing pie some guy's rite of passage that I just never heard of?
And then Christa made it all fall into place.
She said school was easy as pie.
Just think about that one.
Pie is easy.
You know...sometimes I crack myself up. Really.
But seriously- American Pie is just a metaphor for American teenage life. Saying that we are all easy and have sex. Which for the most part is true.
Hahaha...I am just full of shit. But it makes sense. In a Stacy sort of way.
On another note...
I was doing another craft fair with my mom today, and the guy next to us was an artist-guy. So I was looking through his drawings, and I really liked them. And I asked him if he did phoenixs. He said he could...s he is going to design my tattoo for me.Yay! And I want to make it so you can't tell if the flames are consuming it, or if it is fying out of them.
Ok...now the high point of my day! (There was some debate over whether this would go in here or not).
I was talking to Ted...he said he assumed I was an East Sider. (For all you none Providence-folk, "East Sider" is just speak for people who live on the..East Side. (Obviously). But the East Side tends to be looked on as the "snobby" part of town.) Anyway, I told him yes, I do live on the East Side, but I was not an "East Sider" because I did not happen to get along with the "East Siders". (Not going to get into why...just in case. Not like I believe that this journal is atually Important, and read by any of them). Anyway, in a way that made me laugh (and because of that it is viewed as the Highlight of my day because people who can make me laugh are just the epitomy of cool) he shared with me his view of "East Siders".
"Well, from the Non East Sider point of view, there are those- then there are the ones like you. Smart, Artsy, Liberal, Almost-Hippie... they have art hanging in their homes and they eat things like Brie. Do you eat brie?"
"Sometimes"
"HA"
Annyyywayy...I thought that was hilarious...
But I am going to go now.
