okay, i need a favor from all of you. or as many of you who love me enough to do this. i'm going to make a short pro/con brandeis vs. sarah lawrence list, and i want you ALL to comment back saying which you think i should go to. no, that won't make up my mind for me, but i'm curious as to what everyone else thinks of this. i know you're all sick of hearing about this, but humor me.
brandeis pro:
its in boston
fantastic poli sci
i have a couple friends there already, so yay
friendlier than slc
in boston should count as like six pros
slightly less liberal than slc, they actually have some conservatives for me to argue with
better social scene
near my boston friends
brandeis con:
no housing, so i'd be off campus unless they tell me otherwise
i'd leave all my slc friends
core curriculum i'd have to catch up on
not quite IN boston, so commuter rail a la metro north for slc
i'd have to go through the readjustment hell all over again
slc pro:
i have friends
i know about the teachers
good name
rather free form
i'd get to live with my lovely liz
it forces me to adjust to live without my vineyard friends
slc cons:
i'll never adjust to how unfriendly it is
not a whole lot of friends
not as good political science by a long shot
the things people freak out about make me want to beat them. hard.

unfriendly (that counts as six)
