Next Semester
So I've decided on my schedule for next semester. I'm taking JPN202, Intro to Ethics, Careers in Psychology (a class designed to help me find a field in Psychology that would be good for me), and Social Psychology. 13 credit hours total. Recently my old CSE 100 professor asked me if I'd be interested in working for him as a grader next semester (in addition, I would be at the computer lab to work with students that need help with something). I called him back today and told him I was interested. It would be like 10 hours a week for like 6.50 an hour. More then Jamba Juice payed! :P
Its not the money that made me want to do it though. It gives me something productive to do between classes. I can't wait to move into my own place when school starts! :D Might be kind of lonely, but I can always invite friends over (don't have to worry about annoying roommates :P) I got to see Jessica, Vanna, and Jim two weeks ago. Jessica and I went to a fireworks show at Steele Indian School Park (south of my old high school). That was fun. She's like 12 weeks pregnant now, and its only a matter of time before she'll get a big belly! :D
Vanna and I went to the Olive Garden. I've wanted to go there for the longest time, but never did. So, when I was thinking about something I'd want to do with Vanna I was like "hey, why not the olive garden?". Nice seeing her again. Though, she kept looking at her cellphone :P (lol). I joked with her about that.
Finally, I had dinner with the ellusive Jim Rogers on Sunday at good old Chili's (are usual hangout). He shaved his beard (apparently, Harwkin Theaters has a policy against their employees having them). I'll see what he's doing this week. I think he starts school around the same time I do.
Parents are back from Europe. They all had a good time. Got back at like...10 last night and they went straight to bed. :P
Mom got me some cheap white slippers (joke gift), this...cologne? I think, and a khaki-ish/grayish (I'm terrible at describing colors for clothing) shirt that I'm currently wearing.
Other then that, things are the same as usual. Post to you all later, and hopefully I'll get to see some of you soon! :) :)
