Two mornings of waking up at 640am to volunteer at the Boston Latin Academy, and I'm wrecked. Hanging out and talking to high school kids (IBM was running an interview workshop for members of the junior class to practice before their college interviews) is a lot of fun though - it reminded me of the whole high school scene. Met a lot of really great students, fellow IBMers, and people from the Private Industry Council. I loved telling them about how horribly my Trilogy interview went senior year.
Jen's mom is visiting, so we went out to dinner tonight. Afterwards she came over to the condo and told us how to feng-shui up the place. The good news is that she doesn't think we should buy any more furniture. :)
Finished The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time by Mark Haddon on the bus. This book had it all - prime numbers, cute drawings, and infallible logic - it's about an autistic boy and his quest to discover the truth about his neighbor's murdered dog. It was over before I wanted it to be.
