Been spending a lot of time at home this week. Jen's family came to visit for a few days - it's actually less stressful when both sets of parents are around to entertain each other. :) Ellen gave me an iPod for Christmas, so I've been playing around with it. I didn't realize you could import WMA files into iTunes!
Played poker with the guys yesterday. I actually tried to arrive late to avoid the game, but they saved a seat and waited for me. :) I made it to the final two, and remembering that I had been too passive playing against Lynn a few months ago, I was a little too aggressive against Brian. Oh well.
Watched Napoleon Dynamite yesterday with my mom and sister. I really enjoyed it - it reminds me a little bit of Bottle Rocket, with lovable, quirky characters and a quirky plot.
Playing through
Viewtiful Joe 2, a gift from Phil. It's almost exactly like the first one, which is definitely a good thing. The puzzles are a little more clever, and beating the crap out of everything on screen is fun.
Reading Linked, by Albert-Laszlo Barabasi, all about various kinds of networks and their structure.
