I don't think we actually met, but you do seem familiar to me. This place is indeed strange because it seems to pick and choose who gets to remember their last time here and who does not.

Yeah, it is pretty weird. Does it take very long to get used to it?

It is quite disorienting when you actually recall it. I was home for over a year, but here it was only a few weeks. I think it's bad either way because both of us are back here again.

I cannot seem to find a reason why I would remember and you would not. It just seems random like everything else around here.

There are good things about this place, but it really is not a place anyone should be. You have heard about the less pleasant aspects, right?

Sort of. I haven't seen any yet so it's kind of weird to imagine.

I do understand that. That is definitely something that I wish I could forget at times so I do consider you lucky to not remember what you may have been through here before.
