Another excerpt from "Unpopular Tourist Destinations: a visitor's guide to the lesser-known demi planes".

The Demi Plane of Meat

In many respects, the demi plane of meat mirrors the material plane. There are mountains and valleys, rivers and seas, plants and animals. There is just one major difference; everything is made of meat.

The vast plane of meat stretches out as far as the eye can see. Rivers of blood flow down from the meat mountains into wide bloody seas. The meat underfoot is a dark red, and slightly soft. There is no visible sun, but the plane is lit with a soft red light. There is a smell of fresh meat - no meat ever goes off here.

While neither the terrain or inhabitants of the demi plane of meat are actively hostile, few outsiders ever stay there very long. While the limited choice of food puts many people off visiting at all, those returning say the worst thing about the place is that it's so embarrassing.

This plane might seem like the ideal starting point for a barbecued meat business, but since fire is illegal on this plane and any meat taken away from it instantly spoiled, those who have attempted this have not fared well.

Many of the normal sentient races can be found in meat form in the demi plane of meat, including humans, elves, dwarves, gnomes, halflings, kobolds, orcs and goblins, and various half-breeds. A variety of meat monsters can also be found, including the red meat dragon. They are not significantly different from their material plane counterparts, except for being entirely meat.

General Meat Racial Traits:

Freeze
Meat creatures take no damage from cold. Instead, when affected by cold they become frozen. For each 10 points of cold damage, they gain 1 temporary point of CON and lose 1 temporary point of DEX as they become harder and less flexible. When their temporary DEX reaches 0 they are frozen solid, and cannot move until they are thawed out. Each point of fire damage taken while frozen negates one point of cold damage.

Vulnerable to fire
A meat creature that is not frozen takes double damage from fire.

Disease resistance
Meat creatures have +10 on their saving throws to resist disease.

Thin skin
Technically, no skin at all. Meat people are extremely sensitive. While they are usually friendly unless attacked, they will become hostile if they suspect they are being insulted or laughed at - a DC25 diplomacy check is required to diffuse the situation, and a failure means immediate attack.

Weapons:
Inhabitants of the demi plane of meat only use weapons made of meat. The effects of such weapons are no different to regular weapons, but the names can be a problem. It can be difficult to describe a fight when your opponents were all armed with pork swords, beef daggers and ham javelins.
