No love for the doctor office!
Dear Lovely Doctor's Office,
You've had my LOA paperwork for a week. Why is it so difficult to get your act together, fill it out, and fax it over to my work? No other doctor's office I've heard of requires the patient to be present while you fill it out. Furthermore, when I called to ask about dropping it off, would it have been that hard for you to mention this policy so I could have made an appointment then? Doesn't it make more sense than waiting until Friday evening to call and inform me, especially knowing that the next time I'll be able to call to make an appointment would be today? And really, I'm willing to play by your rules and schedule something, but you have no openings until Friday! I need this stuff turned in by Wednesday, which I have told you several times. I'd really like to go back to work instead of getting fired, kthx.
