... I actually don't, because I'm the one who was wrong here, but the pun was too good to pass up.
For those of you who were wondering about the results of (and the explanation behind) our survey yesterday!
(And if you still want to answer it,
you can find the survey here)
It began yesterday when Jay looked at me, frowned, and said, "You're wearing your bracelet on the same wrist as I am."
"So?" said I.
"So I'm left-handed, which means it makes sense to wear a bracelet on my right wrist. But you're right-handed! You're doing it wrong!"
"But I've always worn everything on my right wrist!"
"Then you've always been doing it wrong."
… and so on. We couldn't agree on whether most people wore their wrist accessories on their non-dominant hands or not, even after a very inconclusive google search, and so we turned to google surveys for help.
Turns out I really have been doing it wrong -- the majority of people surveyed do favour the non-dominant wrist when wearing accessories. Even those who answered with "Other" or "Both" tend to wear the watches or more complicated-to-clasp bracelets on their non-dominant arm, while placing less complicated bracelets on their dominant afterwards.
Interestingly, the only person to vote "Dominant" was also the only one who is left-handed, so make of that what you will.
… Also, the joker *cough my sister cough* who answered "Other" for whether they were right- or left-handed signed her name "Slenderman" which… actually makes a lot of sense considering Slenderman doesn't actually have hands.
EDIT: Jay wants it noted that WE did not make an inconclusive google search and WE did not make a google survey, that was all me. "That was NOT a joint endeavor," as she put it, "Except for the part where it was... about... wrists..."
