Bill Gates!!

Went to Bill Gates talk. It was pretty good. Less Microsoft-plugging and
more "we should improve the world!!!" Apparently the money put into
malaria (research? Or medicine for developing countries? I can't
remember) is less than a tenth of that spent on baldness research. Kind
of sad that we're that vain and concerned about our appearence up here
in the priviledged...
On my way out, Ashley (old friend from elementary school) stopped me for
a brief opinion on the talk as she was reporting for the Imprint (so I
may be quoted....hmmm...); we'll see how that pans out.
Ran into Andrew walking to the bus. I guess he watched it from DC, as he
was heading in opposite direction and commented on it being a good talk.
I was going to comment on his less-than-appropriately clothed (in just
like a sweater as warmth-wear) until I remembered that he's probably
used to it, -50 weather it is where he's from.
Remind me to write about second attraction and the resulting crushes
sometime. And how it doesn't relate to "oh my goodness I so want to
makeout with you right now!"
