It's been two months since I first started recruiting. In that time, many people have come and gone, so I suppose it's time to introduce myself again.
To everyone who doesn't know me yet; Hi, I'm Vyse. I'm the Captain of the Blue Rogues here in Luceti. Now, you may be wondering; "What the heck are Blue Rogues?" Well, in my own world we're a group of fearless Air Pirates. Not the bad type who steals from just about everyone and kills for no reason. The good type who swipes things from rich jerks and hunts for treasure, so we can give it to the people who really need it. Here in Luceti, though, there's no rich or poor. There's also no treasure. So, what do the Blue Rogues do in this place?
We protect the needy. We also kick the ass of those who are threatening the village. We haven't been able to take on the Malnosso yet, but I'm sure it's not impossible. Those guys are bound to have a weakness and when we find it, they're going down!
So if you're feeling restless and have any sort of special skill that can help, please consider joining the Blue Rogues. The more we work together, the safer this place will be. And, when the time comes, the easier it'll be to take the Malnosso down.

Now, I haven't seen the nightwatches around town for a while. X, Zero, you haven't been sent home, have you?
Also, that Haruki guy who's in charge of the SOS-brigade kindly asked me to see how many of the Blue Rogues would be interested in helping out with the festival he's planning. I'm sure he's got a few chores available, because he seemed eager to get some more help.
And lastly, the picnic. How does Sunday sound, everyone? We'll gather by the fountain at noon. Lloyd's bringing some food, but that won't be enough. So if you all drop by the stores or the bakery for a few snacks, we should have enough to last us an afternoon. I'm not sure who exactly is coming, though. Let's see... I invited Fina, Shirley, Walter, Lloyd... But I think more people will show up.
