[Kurtis will show up, too. He's looking forward to the chance to coordinate their efforts against Yuber.]

[While they're waiting for the others, Vyse will sit down next to him. No point in waiting in silence, right?]

Hey Kurtis, you made it.

Hello, Vyse. I'm looking forward to it. I still haven't met many of the Blue Rogues.

There's a couple of people who can't make it, but I'm sure our most enthusiastic members will be here.

Good. I hope we can come up with a good plan.

Same here. I'm sure we have more than enough capable brains to come up with at least a half-baked plan, so we might as well aim for a good one.

Does anyone here know about teleportation spells? Maybe one of them can help us stop the man in black.

Well, Raenef can teleport. I don't know if he can stop others from teleporting and I haven't seen him around yet. We'll have to ask next time we see him.

Or maybe a spell that can nullify other magic. I wonder if magic like that exists...

I think it does. A friend of mine could create a magical shield that caused other kinds of magic to bounce off, so that means magic can stop other magic. All it takes is the proper spell.

Good. That's a start. I'll ask some of the local spellcasters about it.

Great! I'll ask around too. The more information we gather about it, the better.

Then all we'll have to do is lure him into the right area, and a group should be able to beat him.

We'll need to put some thought into the group, though. We can't just send anyone.

Yes. We'll need people good at close-range fighting. Maybe those good at defense to protect the person casting the nullifying spell.

There's a chance the nullifying spell will affect us, too. It's best if we don't employ anyone else who fights mostly with magic.
