He faltered a minute, before smiling softly, "Nike wanted me to accompany her and father. They are fighting again...My father and Mother. Nike thinks she can fix is, because she never loses."

"You could rest, could you not? Tell Nike and your siblings that you needed to get away?"
Softer still, "We could leave, just for a while. Away from everything. It would only be us."

Zelos made a face at that and turned to look at Himeros.
"But I like what I do, why do I need a rest?" he Paused for a moment, then frown, "Where would we go anyway?"

"Where?" Himeros tugged his bottom lip between white teeth, before he smiled, eyes shining. "Somewhere far, somewhere new. Not here but to the East. I have heard of jungles and strange animals. Think of all that we could explore!"

Voice dropping to a husky timbre, "But not with you." He straddled the other god and leaned in to whisper, "I can think of several things that might win you over."

"Your cheating..." After all, seducing him was in his made a cheap way to get him to agree....it was sure to work.

He smiled for a moment, in that kiss- and smiling was not an overly often occurance for the stoic Phthonos. But there it was, a smile...and not a hunger, dark smile, but a real one.
"You planning to seduce me of drag me off on an adventure. I must advise you...." He murmured against the Erote's lips, "That I am a horrible influence, and cannot promise the safety of unfortunates."
