I guess this is kind of a rant... Or just some "speech" about "this"
Here we go:
There have been some times where I have thought of leaving this Fandom named Cassiopeia. The reason being is because of these fan wars. We all used to be one big fandom supporting 5 great Gods, and now we have split into 3 groups. One being for HoMin. One being for JYJ. And the last one being for all 5. Now I'm pretty sure there are not many left in the 3rd category.
I'm sick of people (stans) mostly bashing someone who used to be their idol, someone who they used to look up to. I'm sick of all these nasty comments on the boys. I'm sick of Cassies insulting other Cassies.
I actually want to know what happened to the Fandom that we once known as Cassiopeia, we all used to protect the boys, we all used to share info (Still do), we all used to GET along.
Yes, I was upset upon hearing the News that they would probably be splitting up. Every fan would if their idols were going to split.
I do still support all 5, but probably for different reasons.
HoMin, they may not have the most greatest vocals like JYJ, but they were there to keep the name of TVXQ alive. They may be hurting just like JYJ because they are separated, because they can't see each other. I love HoMin because of their character and personality. Okay so I admit I may not be a very big fan of their music, but a couple I do love. Yes their lives are better then the studio album; thats only because I can hear them, their voices.
Stans of JYJ shouldn't be hating on HoMin, just because they have used the name of TVXQ as a duo, just remember it as they are keeping the name alive when they were 5.
JYJ, we all know through their Twitter and interviews that they miss HoMin very much and that they would like to see them again, they were even brave enough to file a lawsuit agaisnt SM, knowing that maybe they would not be able to perform again, be on Music Programs, Variety shows. But just look at where they are now. Without being on Music Programs they are able to have "World Wide" (Its in speech marks because it isn't really ==; If they skip out England I will not consider it as World Wide, LOL, and all the other Countries that haven't seen them yet ^^) concerts, they may not have been able to freely promote their albums, yet they have sold out and been ranked #1. They have been able to act in dramas, musicals, they've won awards!
All this was possible because of the fans, the fans that belong to the same Fandom; Cassiopeia.
Yes, there are many times I have been thinking "What is the point of staying in this fandom, all they do is insult each other now." but I will not leave this Fandom! Because through this Fandom I have met many great people who have become my friends that I love. I have read many great fanfiction, that have made me cry, laugh, smile and go "Whaaaat? REALLY!"
In the future if they ever do come back as 5, I want to be one of the fans waiting for the News, the headlines saying that TVXQ back as 5 (Okay, so I stole that of Twitter xD) I would be spazzing with everyone.
Be it, HoMin or JYJ fan. I will always be a fan of 5 and that will never change. These were the people who got me into K-Pop. These were the people who made me, laugh until my insides hurt, they were also the ones who made me cry rivers, they are also the ones that give me moments to spaz and fangirl.
These 5 are the Rising Gods From The East named: Jung Yunho, Shim Changmin, Kim JaeJoong, Park Yoochun, Kim Junsu. There were the 5 who created and sung the most wonderful music our ears have ever listened to. Their harmonies and acapellas are just heavenly.
I don't know how many of you will be reading this, there may be a few, couple or maybe none.
But I just want you all to know, that I We should be there for all 5 of them. Be it as soloists, groups, or TVXQ5. Support them. Love them. Cherish them. We may not find 5 great Angels like them again.
I want to be proud of the fandom I class myself in. Cassiopeia.
