Is it some wacky Friday the 13th stunt joke? How reliable is Zap2It?

This is like the two am ghost post. I'm not entirely clear on the politics behind renewals and such, but if the WB really does go through in their plans to drop Angel, could the show still be picked up by another network again? (Similar to BtVS moving over to UPN) Or is this completely final?
