I have to admit I hate journaling, but I know it is important and I should do it more often. I liken it to eating healthy and exercising. I would prefer to eat ice cream and pizza all day and sit on my couch but I know that isn't the best choice (to put it lightly). even right now I don;t want to write about me. I have the same issue with counseling. it is good and I like it every time afterwards but still I unconsciously avoid it. already I have found something for me to do instead of journaling. until next time.
I guess what I mean is that I hate self reflection and looking inwards at myself. I need to do it but for some reason I avoid it unintentionally.
