Currently, Pegasus is pre-canon in his timeline, which means that he currently possesses something called The Millennium Eye in his left eye socket.
The Millennium Eye gives him the power to read thoughts; it even seems to be able to read the thoughts of people who aren't physically there, so long as he can see their face (he reads minds via videotape at one point). So, I'm taking that as a sign that he would be able to read the minds of anyone posting video replies to his posts; however, he would not be able to get anything from text/voice replies.
Please respond here with whether or not it is okay for Pegasus to read your characters' thoughts if they reply to his post with video, or if he encounters them in person.
