I'm at Sara's right now, I spent the night at her new place on Prince of Wales. Its nicer then her old house and her cat looks happier too. First thing I noticed when I walked was it doesn't smell at all the other place smelt lie dry pee and mold, which is probably why I was sick when I was there.Sara rarely has Thursdays off, so it was really nice to hear that she wanted to get together and hang out. She convinced me because of the pool, and it being thirty degrees outside the other day " wanna come over to swim? " i said sure!
Technically I don't swim...because of my hearing loss I have a small fear of water but going in the pool every now and then helps me be more confident. I was floating for a bit. I use to be able to swim with a board It was only 5 feet deep so we could easily kneel in the water which was fun. The pools located on the top floor of her apartment building, and sometimes she's the only one thats in there, which we were today.
We're trying to see if others can come over later and all go for a group swim. I have to leave at 12 am because I have a doctors appointment at 8:15 am int he morning.
Anyay advancement was fun. My dad was our photographer, and he was impressed about my speech aII presented to 100 people. no paper I was loud and all and spoke clearly. Everyone had a good time. Tara my leader was getting on my back " are we starting yet??? Whose saying anything??? hwo are we doing this. "" I told her not to fret because I was the organizer of the event. Anyways promised her cat I'd cuddle her so Putting down the computer now =)
