I don't come here often just to bitch, but this is one of those exceptions.
One of the biggest reasons I HATE my job is the smokers. No, I don't care that everyone smokes - that's their own issue. But it becomes my issue when everyone LEAVES THE DOOR OPEN while they smoke 2-6 feet away from it... which, by the way, is illegal. And I'm sitting a short distance away, of course.
The boys take long smoke breaks all night, and I feel like I'm suffocating. And yes, I would inform my boss, or his boss (the owner of the company), except that everyone does the exact same thing. Not to mention that these guys are the type you really don't want to mess with, if you want to keep your job.
Here I'm trying to take care of my health by eating well and exercising daily, and my lungs are being poisoned against my will. I got enough of that throughout my childhood, thanks.
Can't wait to get out of here.
