I saw an interview on tv with Terry Pratchett a few days ago, and he talked about a story he used to write during lessons at school. It was a cross between Jane Austen and Tolkien, and had such exciting scenes as orcs attacking the rectory. XD

I think I'd pay in blood to read that story, but since that's unlikely to be on the cards I might just have to write my own version...
