(no subject)
It's my sister's birthday today, so she invited 6 friends and we went to Margaritas. I tell you, those girls are LOUD! They're always talking. So then we took them to the movies and I went home, b/c I didnt feel like watching a movie today. Right now my parents are going to get them, then we'll open presents. I bought her the second season of Smallville, I think she'll really like it. Problem is that it hasn't arrived yet (ordered it off Amazon to save a little $$), so I just put like pictures of it in an envelope. She's also getting an Ipod from my parents. That'll be pretty cool. Then, uggh, all of them are sleeping over.
Tomorrow is band camp. I honestly don't think I'm ready for it. I don't want to start thinking about school yet. I need to read the other 2/3 of Profiles in Courage, all of Great Gatsby, then do notecards for all 3 books, including Tuesdays with Morrie. Profiles in Courage is pretty boring, it's all about politicians who showed great bravery in office despite what others said about them. Yawn. I still have a lot to do. By the way, does anyone know when we will go to pick up our schedules for next year?
