When I have to file returns. I usually do it around June and the cut off date is 1st august but this year things got delayed because the moronic idiot heading accounts at the previous organisation couldn't be bothered to send my forms to me or to reply to my emails about it either. When I finally called him he told me he needed my permanent account number, which incidentally he should have had with him anyway. They couriered it on Monday apparently from Mumbai but I haven't received it yet and to add to it Mumbai is currently in a very bad state due to rain. Planes have been diverted and phone lines are down so I can't get hold of the despatch number of the package, so I guess I just have to hope and pray it left on Monday.

Argh. Why are people so irresponsible!
