having Jo down was awesome!!!
Monday: Rushed to training and came back realised Jo had missed her train so had enough time to rush to the vets and pick up Pazuzus ashes, he's now sitting in his box next to Mr Flibble - then rushed to pick up Jo for the station mush hugging and grinning ensued before coming home cooking dinner an having a good natter
Tuesday: Fitness training in the morning this time a run up and around the Hoe which killed my legs, came back and had a shower before driving back and going for a nice walk back up onto the Hoe with Jo (leisurely this time!) when then popped down to the China house for lunch where I had a scrummy butternut squash lasagne and a delicious apple and gooseberry crumble, i also made another attempt on Jos life by feeding her 'the most delicious chocolate brownie in the world ever' when then went off to Tescos and bought melons and coconuts and a stupidly large amount of dvds at stupid prices and settled down to watch 'Maverick' before bed
Wednesday: More painful training in which I was made to run up and down a hill 10 times, then home to spend some time doing rat intros which went amazingly well cages were cleaned, rats were smooshed (That's the technical term) and now Fintan is no longer alone and has a sexy lady girlfriend and Hobson is getting bullied by 4 feisty husky females and an ambivalent half bald male, so now one cage down!
In the evening we went down the Wembury beach aka 'La Push' where we had a lovely BBQ involving rain, sun, rainbows, god and kayaks. in short much fun was had! we then came home and watched 'the sword in the stone' which a lot more weird than I first remember
Thursday: More painful training then off the Endsleigh garden centre and scrummy paninis for lunch!we spent many hours wandering around and looking at EVERYTHING Jo did some light shopping and I bought her a china sheep so all was good. I also bought 5 cookery books which are awesome as they actually have calories and serving sizes etc... twas then home in time to cook dinner of pork satay and rice and to watch Pocahontas (was is it with us watching Mel Gibson movies where he befriend Indians) and Mulan before looking at Native American dating sites... yes they do exist!
Friday: More training *sigh* before coming home and going out to lunch for some scrummy if a little too many nachos we then went to see the Hangover which was surprisingly actually really funny and a nice cheer up for the Jobean, afternoon was spent chatting I also got to Introduce the Jobean to the wonders and horrors of 'green wing'
Saturday: Lots of chatting and packing and frantic date making for my next trip before driving Jo to Exeter to reunite her with Rich and Matto, and boo sadly my Jo holiday was at an end, but there were many laughs and a few tears but I'll get to see her again soon!
In other news also had training again today and I'm thinking of really stepping up my training some more and pushing ymself as I think I'm getting a little complacent, its not that its getting easy its just when i first started everything felt like I was going to die and I don't think i'm pushing myself as hard.. so as of tomorrow back to the hardcore training and my trainer says I get 5 free sessions when I get to 15 stone and 2 for every stone I loose after that!
