Ramblings
Well loads has happened here over the past few days... I didn't work the last night turn as mum was coming down to visit Wednesday morning.
It was really good to see mum again and we did lots of things like seeing my fitness trainer, going to endsleigh garden centre lots of chatting obviously and a yummy meal out at Morgans. Also I had a lot of my parcels arrive:
I got some new bedding from littlewoods which is lovely one in a leafy ikea style and the second one purple stripy, also finally my avon stuff arrive which was only 20 days too late! I also got a bargain wand off ebay which is stunning for only £10 and some ogham staves which look impossible to read and make me feel like tia-dalma, but they look awesome and should be great when I finally get round to learning how to cast them correctly.
Whilst at the garden centre I picked up some new window boxes as my current herbs are growing really well, this time I'm trying cherry tomatos and miniature strawberries along with some lavender, I've also put in some trailing lobelia at the front so we'll see how these do!
Work had been ticking over nicely and after a long bank holiday weekend at work I'm now looking forward to a butter nut squash lasagne for dinner.. Yum
oh and its back to training tomorrow! Its been nice to have a few days off really as the boy and I hard see each other, what with me working shifts and 5+ hours training a week and him training 10-17 hours a week alongside his job, it really makes time together a precious commodity!
Ohh and I'm looking forwards to my new hair straighteners arrive hopefully in the next few days as my taped up GHD's are in dire need for an upgrade!
The boy is trying to persuade me to look at getting a mountain bike but what with all the trips I'm making to see friend alongside up coming trips to Holland and Swanage I really do think I can afford it!
My skins not doing great recently and I have some huge painful sports right now so I've got a doctors appt booked for wednesday to hopefully go back in the pill, I'm refusing to go on any other except for dianette as that really helped my skin previously... we shall see how it goes
