hello old girl its been awhile
dear beautiful world:
random buses. no idea where i am. only i totally know where i am. tons of laughter. no silly mingling for me. met a seventy-odd year old man at a book store...seems he owns the place and we had blood orange juice. i mean a book store... real books...everything you can dream of. if you have the time to wander in and say hello and smile adventures will come. hostel seems ok, i'll know more tomorrow. tara and marnie, so very happy to see them. the fair starts tomorrow. i read all day in the berkeley library after the rain started, wealth wow. so beautiful though.
oh and warm and sunny, and i wish i had my sandals...will find converse in the next 48hours. oh yah baby, and the hills are steep and the houses victorian and my bed tonight is a giant bay window. i'll find matt post before the cons if only to borrow a camera, wish i had nabbed some of those sexy sexy train shots.
